Refurbishment of an tabac-office in Bourg-en-Bresse

The project is located in the southern part of Bourg-en-bresse, on a major road (avenue Jean Jaurès). As the sector is currently being revitalized, this operation is driving a positive change, encouraged by the urban planning departments.

The proximity to a listed building and the expectations of a controlled budget are leading to a sober facade. Thus, the existing frames are completely dismantled and replaced. The choice of a smooth grey metal sheet is made by ABF.

On the inside, the partitions that divided the space into three parts are removed. The sales area is to be brighter and more functional (delivery). A back-office part is kept, isolated from the accessible part of the ERP.

The work was completed in less than a week, limiting the impact on the project owner’s activity and the nuisance for local residents.
